Property Valuer / Lister

to join a high-performing team covering the North Kent region. This role is ideal for an ambitious estate agency professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys securing new business while delivering outstanding service.

You'll play a key role in driving listings, advising clients, and contributing to the success and growth of the branch.

What's on Offer

Basic Salary:

23,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for your first 3 months)

Realistic Earnings:

35,000-40,000+

Car Allowance:

2,500 orcompany car

Work Pattern:

5 days a week (2 Saturdays on, 1 off)

What You'll Be Doing

Provide expert pricing and marketing advice to help clients secure the best sale price List properties, win instructions and maximise opportunities Stay up to date with local market activity and trends Generate new leads and drive business growth across the area Work closely with the branch team to match buyers to the right homes Support the branch by helping manage day-to-day performance and profitability Motivate and inspire team members, including running morning meetings when needed
