seamless

experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

Showcasing

available properties to potential buyers/tenants Building and maintaining strong

relationships

with all clients alike Managing leads and enquiries effectively to

maximise opportunities

Progressing

your sales or lets from enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth transaction Developing a

strong

understanding of the ever-changing local market

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in Residential Sales, Residential Lettings or property is

desirable

however full training will be provided

Strong

interpersonal and communication

skills

Excellent

organisation and time management

abilities

IT Literacy Full UK driving licence is essential
