Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency
Location: Tudor and Co. East Molesey, Surrey
Full-time | Mon-Fri with Saturday rota
Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission - OTE 35,000

Role Overview As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in the success of the branch -- working closely with buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, generating new business, and helping to progress deals through to completion. This is an ideal next step for someone with experience in estate agency or a previous sales / customer facing role.
Job Responsibilities
Registering and qualifying new applicants Arranging and conducting property viewings Providing feedback to vendors and maintaining strong relationships Negotiating offers and agreeing sales Generating new instructions and cross-selling related services Supporting sales progression with a proactive and hands-on approach Research and understand the local market place thus gaining an advantage over competitors
The Ideal Skills required
Previous experience in estate agency or a similar sales role Experience in booking clients into a diary system Professional, confident, and customer-focused Strong communication and negotiation skills Well-organised with good attention to detail Self-motivated and target-driven Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential Working knowledge of Microsoft Word / Office Excellent written and verbal communication
