Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing comprehensive advice and support. Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings to prospective buyers or tenants. Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling enquiries efficiently. Ensure all client interactions are professional, courteous, and aligned with company standards.

Experience

Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Strong communication skills are vital for engaging with clients and negotiating deals effectively. Multilingual abilities are considered a significant asset in serving a diverse clientele. Organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple listings, appointments, and documentation simultaneously. A proactive attitude with a keen interest in the real estate sector is preferred.
