The Role:

As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing property sales, providing clients with professional advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Your role will be dynamic, involving listing, closing deals, and progressing sales. You will have the chance to build lasting relationships with clients and grow your network!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice to potential Vendors and Buyers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service Market properties effectively through listings, viewings, and client communications Negotiate offers an guide clients through the buying process Stay updated on local market trends to offer the best insights to clients Work collaboratively with a dynamic and friendly team to achieve both team and individual targets

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as an Estate Agent or in a similar sales-driven role is preferred A keen interest in property Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach A proactive attitude A full UK Driving Licence and own car
