Location - Falmouth, Cornwall.

Tom Wills Property Ltd are seeking an experienced Estate Agent/Negotiator to assist Tom himself on temporary basis for 6 months.

About the Role:

Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers Managing and coordinating the diary effectively Carrying out administrative tasks to support the sales process Progressing sales by liaising with solicitors and clients
About You:

Minimum 2 years' estate agency experience is essential Excellent knowledge of Falmouth and surrounding areas is also essential Confident, professional, and personable approach with strong organisational skills Able to work efficiently and productively in your own home, as well as conducting outside appointments and also assisting Tom with 'office cover' during periods of annual leave.
Hours & Commitment:

Initially 2 days per week, with the option of additional hours depending on diary demands
Start Date: December 2025 / January 2026
