We are seeking an Estate Agent which includes an admin role to join our team in supporting the sales department. This role requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in various software applications.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team whilst getting involved in all other aspects of the industry. Maintain and update sales and customer records Communicating with sellers, purchasers and related industries regarding sales queries Booking appointments in a live online diary Utilise software tools such as Excel, Word, data entry and reporting
Experience Required:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other office software Strong communication skills Excellent organisational abilities
Hours on offer:-
5 days a week which includes some Saturdays.
O?ffice hours:-
