The Role

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance and delivering outstanding service to buyers and vendors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify and register new applicants, ensuring an exceptional client experience Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings Present and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients Identify new business opportunities and book property valuations Maintain full compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes Support your team and contribute to a positive office culture Assist with general office duties as required by the Branch Manager

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous

Estate Agency experience

(essential) Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong

negotiation and communication

skills Proactive, solution-focused, and driven to succeed Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Smart, professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team Flexible and adaptable, with great time management skills Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
