About the Role
This is a standout opportunity for a driven and experienced Estate Agent to take ownership of a defined local territory. Acting as the face of a respected UK property brand in Felixstowe, you'll combine the autonomy of running your own area with the backing of a high-performing central hub.
You'll take the lead on building market presence, generating business, nurturing community relationships, and converting quality valuations into instructions. With full support from a nearby hub, covering negotiators, sales progression, and admin, you'll be empowered to focus your energy on growth, client service, and maintaining a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Build and elevate market presence across the Felixstowe area.
Drive targeted marketing, canvassing, and community engagement.
Cultivate strong local relationships to generate referrals and new business.
Conduct professional market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions.
Oversee your pipeline through to completion, supported by hub-based staff for daily operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
Actively contribute to business development and local market insights.
About You
Only candidates with a minimum of 4 years of Estate Agency experience will be considered.
You'll bring:
A proven track record of securing instructions and delivering results.
A motivated, energetic approach, someone with genuine "get up and go."
Confidence in running your own area with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
