estate agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson who is looking for their first role in estate agency. The branch is one of the market leaders in the area and is both exceptionally busy and successful.

Your role as an Estate Agent

/

Sales Negotiator

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent

Preferably an experienced
