Job Description

Sales Progression Specialist - Join Our Team!

We're a small, family-run estate agency, and we're on the lookout for someone who's got experience in industry and has dealt with the sale progression/conveyancing process. If you're passionate about property and looking for a role where you're valued and part of a supportive team, read on!

What we're looking for:

We're first and foremost looking for someone who's friendly, approachable, and enjoys chatting with people. We want a bubbly, outgoing person who thrives on making connections and feels that warm sense of achievement when your hard work pays off. If being kind, polite, and professional comes naturally to you, you'll fit right in!

What's in it for you?

Here at our agency, our team really is our biggest asset. You won't be just a number to us. We're not driven by commission, targets or KPI's, so you can expect a fun, friendly working environment without the pressure that's often found in the industry.

We offer a competitive salary, an attractive monthly bonus, and a working culture that's all about teamwork and enjoying what you do.

Who are we?

Since opening in 2018, our close-knit team has become the most recommended estate agent in the area with over 200 5-star reviews on Google. We're also an award-winning agency, having won the British Property Awards for the last four years and receiving the Estate Agents Masters award in 2023, 2024, and 2025 -- putting us in the top 5% of estate agents nationwide.

Our standards are high, but we always make sure to have fun along the way. We need someone who shares our ethos, values, and who is ready to bring their best self to work every day.
