Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert advice and support
Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations
Build and nurture relationships with clients and industry professionals
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and processing paperwork efficiently
Develop marketing strategies for property listings, including online advertising and social media outreach
Experience
Previous property experience is highly desirable as you will be valuing property.
Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with clients, colleagues, and external partners
Multilingual abilities are considered a significant advantage in serving diverse client bases
Organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple listings, appointments, and deadlines simultaneously
