We need great estate agents or people who want to become estate agents in one of the area's above. We get lots of inquiries, so there is plenty to do. The important thing Is that your customers are yours from start to finish.
What is the role?
Building relationships with both Vendors and Buyers
Conducting market appraisals, building best in class marketing and viewings
Negotiating offers and providing updates to clients and buyers
Managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transaction. That's what makes us special!
Spotting an opportunity to help grow and helping with our socials
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
What we need:
Proven sales experience would be great but we can train and are flexible for the right person
Drive and ambition to help grow the business and yourself and make decisions as if it was your business
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face?
Confidence when negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales?
An honest approach, this is a home not a KPI
An ability to represent a company in a professional manner?
Have you got:
Previous experience in estate agency or sales is preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
A proactive approach with a passion for delivering results
Excellent customer service skills
A team player with the ability to work independently when required
A full UK driving license is essential
What is on offer:
Starting basic salary of 25,000 plus 15% of all commission on completion
Salary review after 6 months' probation
Company Car post probation
Lots of great training and coaching
All the tools you need to do the job brilliantly (laptop, phone etc)
This is a full time role but the hours should fit with yourself and your customers. We don't want you to work 12 hours a day and 7 days a week. Your diary and your customers are yours to manage and family time is important. So you are expected to make it work as you need to.
