Job Description
We are a well respected and growing independent estate agent currently looking for a new full time estate agent/sales negotiator to join the team in our busy high street office.
The successful individual must:
Have previous work experience within an estate agency.
Be well presented and have excellent communication skills.
Be computer literate.
Have a full UK driving license and own personal car.
Be highly motivated and well organised.
The role will include all aspects of estate agency, including valuations, viewings, negotiating and sales progressions.
A competitive salary will be offered dependent on experience, which would be formed of a basic salary and then uncapped commission earnings.
