The opportunity

This is a senior, client facing role suited to an experienced negotiator who enjoys being out on the road, meeting buyers and sellers, carrying out valuations, winning instructions and closing deals. You will , take ownership of valuations and negotiations and play a key role in driving instructions, sales and income. This is not a trainee or desk based position.

We are looking for a motivated individual with ambition, resilience and a genuine drive to succeed in estate agency.

Salary and earning potential

Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission. Strong earning potential for high performers who enjoy winning instructions, carrying out valuations and negotiating deals.

What the role involves

Carrying out property valuations and converting valuations into instructions Conducting and accompanying viewings Responding promptly to online enquiries and converting interest into viewings and offers Matching buyers to suitable properties Negotiating offers and agreeing sales Progressing deals from offer agreed to completion Winning instructions and growing the portfolio Advising vendors on pricing, marketing and local market conditions Providing regular, proactive vendor communication Following up all viewings, valuations and opportunities Leading by example and supporting team standards Ensuring all work meets legal and compliance requirements

Experience required

A minimum of 2 years experience in estate agency

or

At least 3 years proven sales experience in a target driven environment

Must have own car and a full UK driving licence
