Lettings and Estate Agent

to join our busy team in Kettering. As a key member of our team, you will work across all areas of lettings and sales, supporting clients, managing property portfolios and helping drive the business forward.

Responsibilities:

As a

Lettings and Estate Agent

, your duties will include:

Registering prospective clients for lettings and sales properties. Organising and conducting property viewings. Managing opportunities for new business and following up with potential leads. Negotiating offers between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Organising and managing property maintenance tasks. Preparing property adverts and marketing materials. Conducting routine inspections and creating detailed reports for landlords. Handling general administrative tasks to support the office.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. A good eye for detail and a methodical approach to work. The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks. A positive, reliable, and trustworthy attitude.

Requirements:

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Working Pattern:

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

Monday to Friday. One week per month includes a six-day working week (Monday to Saturday). Every second Saturday of the month is worked, with a day off in lieu (usually the following Monday).
