Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings. Provide clients with market analysis and pricing strategies. Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property trends and regulations. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining client records. Collaborate with other professionals including mortgage brokers, solicitors, and property inspectors to facilitate transactions.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Strong administrative abilities to manage documentation and client interactions efficiently. Organisational skills to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
