Job Description
FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE. SYMONDS & GREENHAM LIMITED is seeking an experienced Estate Agent for an on-site position in Hull. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with the purchase and sale of properties, negotiating prices, and conducting property viewings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience is not necessary but a background in customer service is essential. Generous commission structure in place.
Qualifications/Experience
Experience in an Estate Agency based background, either sales or lettings Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to close deals Willingness to learn in own time to gain necessary skills and qualifications Ability to work effectively as part of a team Full clean drivers licence
Responsibilities
To book viewings, valuations and mortgage appointments To maintain good contact with sellers and landlords To deal with property maintenance on lettings properties To deal with applications through to move ins for lettings properties To negotiate on offers To assist the team with sales progression
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
