- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing comprehensive advice and support
- Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available properties effectively
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to property transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other industry professionals
- Organise appointments, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication throughout transactions

What we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in estate agency, preferably in both sales and lettings
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- A strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- A good knowledge of the property market and the latest trends
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
