Estate Agent - Leighton Buzzard (Must Reside Locally)

Main Purpose of the Role

As an

Estate Agent

, you will be responsible for

building and developing the company's profile

within your

designated core area of Dunstable

. You will take ownership of local marketing, canvassing, and relationship-building with the local community, businesses, and referral partners to expand our Estate Agency network.

You will conduct

market appraisals

,

convert valuations to instructions

, and oversee properties from instruction to completion. You'll have full access to a

super hub office nearby

, which includes a team of sales negotiators, progressors, and administrative staff to manage day-to-day customer interactions and transactions -- allowing you to focus on growth and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong local presence in Dunstable through canvassing, marketing, and networking Conduct property valuations and convert these into new instructions Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, referral sources, and community partners Collaborate with the nearby hub office team to ensure smooth progression of sales Drive performance in line with company targets and KPIs Uphold company standards, ethics, and brand reputation within your area

About You

Minimum

4+ years' experience

in Estate Agency Proven track record in

valuing and listing properties

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven Strong understanding of the

Dunstable property market

(must live locally) Full UK driving licence (company car provided) Ambition to take ownership of your own business area within a supportive structure
