Lettings Business Manager

across our

Clifton

Lettings Hub



In this role, you will be responsible for driving activity across your assigned branches, maximising performance of the business unit. You will do this through leadership responsibility for the branch teams, coaching and overseeing their performance to ensure they reach their full protentional. You'll build a long-term relationship using effective people and communication skills while maintaining the highest standards of customer service always leading by example.

Key Responsibilities of the role:



To report to the Regional Lettings Manager To directly manage the branches team, and proactively encourage a coaching culture to ensure a highly effective team responsible for sales. Undertake training delivery to include legal updates, new operational processes and HR and people processes sure the role is carried out in line with company best practice and with up-to-date understanding. To liaise with the HR Team to carry out any performance management activity with staff ensure that any action or coaching activity is undertaken by the individual through the L&D coaches To work collaboratively alongside other heads of departments and work across teams - including Sales, New Homes, ACCS, Leasehold, L&D, Compliance, Marketing, IT, People, Finance and Andrews Service Centre To undertake recruitment selection processes insuring all appointments are made within the guidelines and all those offered roles of the required standard to pass both their pre-employment screening and be successful in the role for which they are recruited. This is to be done in conjunction with HR To maximise business efficiency through effective diary, system and rota management, ensuring we make the best use of our time, and work to suit the needs of our customers. Ensure you understand your Hubs KPIs, to lead to achieving and exceeding the figures required to satisfy the branch performance, taking responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of the Hub. To have the highest professional standards and be a great example of living by our company values by their exemplary behaviours.

The Successful Candidate will have:



A strong track record in Lettings Agency is essential with proficient knowledge of industry regulation. Good understanding of market demand, customer behaviour and team psychology. Strong people management skills with an ability to coach and motivate. Proven experience of managing and influencing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with a proactive self-starter attitude to drive performance. Passion for the property sector, with a deep understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics. Familiarity with the use of IT systems Full UK Driving Licence
