Your role, responsibilities and what you can achieve in the next 12 months
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will consist of the following;
Be involved in progressing rentals from offer through to completion
Advising clients on the best course of action to achieve the best price for their property
Matching potential tenants requirements to properties currently on the market
Ensure all properties are listed correctly and all legal requirements have been met
Hit or exceed individual and team targets
Liaising with tenants and landlords to provide updates and viewing feedback
Working hours
This is a full-time role working Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5:30pm, Friday 8:45am - 5pm and one in three Saturdays, 9:00am to 2:00pm.
Key Requirements
Experience within estate agency is not required but would be an advantage

Industry related professional qualification such as NAEA or NFOPP would be a distinct advantage but not essential
