We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly organised, and have a passion for the property market.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
Negotiate sales and rental agreements between tenants and landlords.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and record-keeping.
Build a good relationship with contractors for managing maintenance for our rental properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and objectives.
Experience
Previous experience in sales or lettings is necessary, additional training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.

The role is 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday. Weekend availability is also useful to join the monthly Saturday rota but not essential.
