Caley & Kulin Ltd. are looking for an ambitious lister/valuer in Stafford but will cover Cannock, Penkridge, Stafford and parts of Wolverhampton.

It's important that the individual understands the need to give the highest level of professionalism and first-class customer service.

Although this position requires a candidate that can conduct all parts of estate agency, the main role will be generating their own valuation appointments with potential sellers and conducting those valuation as well as conducting valuation appointments the team have booked for them.

As the business is open 9am-9pm, 7 days a week you will be required to work some weekends although the specifics can be discussed more on application.

We are ideally wanting someone with estate agency experience. A full driving licence is required.

With a basic wage upto 25,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus car allowance/company car and a fantastic commission package available we hope to find someone that really wants to improve their career prospects and join our team.

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
