Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the entire process. Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values in the local area. Prepare and present property listings using various marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants. Schedule and conduct viewings of properties, answering any questions that clients may have. Negotiate offers on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions using appropriate software tools. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
