Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our Walthamstow office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our sales team, facilitating property transactions and delivering outstanding service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for real estate and a knack for building rapport with clients.

Responsibilities:



Act as a point of contact for clients interested in buying properties in the East London area, responding promptly to inquiries and providing relevant information about available listings. Conduct property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing properties in a professional and engaging manner while highlighting key features and benefits. Negotiate sales agreements between buyers and sellers, ensuring that terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon by all parties involved. Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and proactively seek out new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property viewings, and sales transactions using our CRM system. Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and industry developments in the Walthamstow and East London area to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:



At least 1 year of experience working in estate agency, preferably in a sales-focused role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing sales and achieving targets. Personable and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for helping clients find their ideal homes. Local knowledge of the Walthamstow and East London area is preferred. Flexibility to work regular office hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, with additional Saturday hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (with a day off in lieu).
