Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up. Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and advertisements to attract potential buyers or tenants. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients. Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using organisational tools.

Experience

Previous administrative experience is highly desirable to manage paperwork efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and stakeholders effectively. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing your capacity to serve a diverse clientele. Excellent organisational skills are required to manage multiple listings and client needs simultaneously.
