Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing comprehensive market analysis and advice. Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Prepare and present offers on behalf of clients, negotiating terms to achieve favourable outcomes. Stay updated on local property market trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance. Manage administrative tasks including preparing contracts, documentation, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions. Utilise various marketing strategies to promote listings through social media, online platforms, and traditional advertising methods.

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience in a related field is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are an advantage. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently. A valid real estate licence or willingness to obtain one is essential. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
