Senior Sales Negotiator / Sales Manager - Estate Agency (Partnership Opportunity)

Bristol Property Centre is a small, independent estate agency based in Redland (BS6), covering the whole of Bristol. We provide sales, lettings, and property management services and have built a strong reputation for personal service and results.

Founded in 2011, the business has grown year on year and has recently completed the acquisition of another local agency. Our lettings and property management department has expanded significantly, and we are now focused on driving and developing our sales department.

We are seeking an experienced estate agency professional to lead and grow our sales operation. This is a senior role with genuine progression, and for the right person, there is a clear pathway to partnership -- offering the opportunity to become more than just an employee and to play a key role in the future direction of the business.

The Role

Lead and develop the sales department Win instructions and oversee the sales process from valuation to completion Manage and support one existing member of staff, with scope to build and manage a larger team over time Work closely with the Director, who will be actively involved day-to-day to support growth and expansion Contribute to strategic decisions as the department and business scale

The Package

30,000 - 35,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Commission paid on properties listed, sold, and referrals & department performance. Clear progression to partnership for the right candidate Long-term opportunity to manage multiple staff and future branches

About You

Proven experience in residential estate agency sales Strong valuation, negotiation, and closing skills Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated to grow a department Leadership experience (or ready to step into a management role) Looking for a long-term opportunity with real influence and reward
