Job Description

Due to an expansion opportunity, we are looking for a talented and experienced agent to join our team.

The initial location will be based from our Bourne office with growth in to another territory area, where you'll be given the autonomy and responsibility from day one, along with with both day to day & remote support from the Director's allowing you to deliver a great service to our clients and support your team of experienced individuals covering Sales, Lettings, Mortgages and Conveyancing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estate agency and be able to deliver the very best customer experience. The Job

Sales Manager/Valuer - Estate Agent OTE circa 55,000 per annum Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 6pm, Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and alternate Saturday 9am - 4pm Car allowance (Full UK driving license ESSENTIAL) Uncapped Commissions
