25,000 Basic | 45,000+ Realistic Earnings (DOE)


Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Including Some Saturdays



About the Role



We are looking for an ambitious

Sales Manager

to take ownership of the Thanet area, leading sales activities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of the branch. This role is perfect for an experienced estate agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys motivating a team, and is passionate about achieving outstanding results.

You will combine

client-facing work with team leadership

, overseeing property valuations, sales, and pipeline management while supporting and inspiring your colleagues to achieve targets.

What's on Offer



Basic Salary:

25,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)

Realistic Earnings (including commission):

45,000+

Car Allowance:

3,000 or company car

Flexible Work Pattern:

5 days per week (including 3 Saturdays on, 1 off)

Role Responsibilities



Manage sales activity across the Thanet area, providing expert property advice to clients Conduct valuations and showcase properties to achieve the best possible price Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and professional contacts such as solicitors and lenders Identify new leads, generate business, and convert valuations into sales Collaborate with and support the team to match properties with the right buyers Assist the Branch Manager in motivating and managing the team Contribute to branch profitability and growth while maintaining high customer service standards

Proven experience in estate agency sales with a track record of turning valuations into sales Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, thriving under pressure Natural leader who can inspire, motivate, and support a team Positive, energetic, and committed to delivering excellent customer service Ambitious with a desire to progress and take ownership of an area
