Job Description
The Square Room was establised in 2011 and has rapidly grown over the past fourteen years to become one of the largest Estate Agent's on the Fylde Coast.
Due to expansion, The Square Room is hiring for the position of Estate Agent Marketing / Photographer.
The Square Room is searching for an innovative and creative individual that has the ability to bring our clients properties to life with quality photography, the drawing of floor-plans and written creative description of properties. Also to help with any tasks in the office when required and also conduct viewings of properties.
QUALIFICATIONS / RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Essential
PC literate and able to use basic Microsoft Office packages. 5 GCSE's Grade A-C including Maths and English or equivalent. Driving Licence

Job vacancy is full time 39 hours to work the following alternate weeks :
Week One
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
Week Two
Monday to Friday
Salary : 26000 per annum
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00 per year
