The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll handle all aspects of the property sales process -- from registering new clients and arranging viewings to negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Register and qualify purchasers and vendors
Match clients to available properties
Conduct property viewings and provide feedback
Negotiate sales between buyers and vendors
Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders
Canvass for new business and promote company listings
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
About You
We're looking for someone who's
driven, ambitious, and customer-focused
with a proven track record in property sales.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of Sales Negotiator experience
(essential)
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the
Milton Keynes
property market (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Package & Benefits
Basic Salary:
20,000 - 23,000 DOE
Uncapped Commission:
8-10% on completed sales
Additional Incentives:
50 per completed mortgage referral
50 per completed house transaction (when covering viewings)
40p per business mile
OTE:
35,000 - 40,000+
