As sales negotiator/administrator you are very customer focused and will be the first point of contact for your client when bringing their property to us for sale. You will demonstrate excellent customer service and champion the Dales and Peaks brand working to the ethics of the company.
You will work very closely with the Director who is bringing in the new business and have the ability to work on your own initiative, have excellent communication with good planning and organising skills. The role is full time and you will be required to work some Saturdays which will be subject to overtime.
Your main responsibilities -
Organise EPC if required
Send out documentation for completion and diarise for return
Ensure all correct details are entered on the property for marketing
Clarify viewing arrangements.
Obtain any chain information once a sale has been agreed.
Confident dealing with solicitors/conveyancers which will require a good knowledge of the conveyancing process and procedures
Manage the progression of sale and report weekly to vendors and buyers
Remain close to both vendor and buyer throughout the progression.
Other general duties are to assist with enquiries and feedback if required..
You will also deal with day to day activities ie answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries, booking in valuations and viewings etc.
Experience
- Previous experience in the industry is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as preparing documents and maintaining records
