Sales and Lettings Negotiator

for our fantastic residential sales team in

Forest Hall- Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

OTE - 28,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

A quick look at the role

In this role you will be dealing with sales and lettings whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be building report with new and existing client's face to face or over the phone. The main purpose of the role is to agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion, generate and book valuations, viewings and financial services appointments as well as potentially conducting property viewings and deal with lettings negotiations.

Skills and experience required

Preferably an experienced

Sales Negotiator
