Job description

- 25 to 30 hours a week
- 12.50 per hour
- Flexible in terms of days / times worked
- Initially working from Office and" in the field"

- Job role:

Lettings Viewings

Sales Viewings

- Tenant check ins & check outs
- Updating the inventory or creating an inventory from scratch
- Inspections
- Running keys to local contractors (mileage paid)
- Ensuring the properties are ready before tenants move in
- Checking the quality of the clean / repairs after they have been carried out
- Data entry

Salary: From 16,250 per year
