Branch Manager
, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service, maximise profitability, and build the branch's market presence through effective leadership, local knowledge, and proactive business development.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the face of the branch, providing expert advice and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Manage branch performance to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Motivate, coach, and inspire your team through effective leadership, meetings, and one-to-one sessions.
Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive profitability.
Value and list properties to achieve the best possible price for clients.
Stay up to date with local market trends and build a reputation as a trusted property expert.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to match buyers with suitable properties and deliver seamless service.
About You
Experience is essential, only applicants with proven estate agency management or senior sales experience will be considered.
