About the Role

We're seeking an experienced

Estate Agent Partner

to take full ownership of the

Woodbridge

area.
In this exciting and unique position, you'll build and grow the local property presence, win new instructions, and oversee sales from valuation through to completion -- supported by a nearby regional hub office providing marketing, admin, and sales progression assistance.

This is a great opportunity for a senior estate agency professional who wants the freedom to manage their own area while enjoying the backing and structure of a leading network.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow your local profile within the Woodbridge area Conduct valuations, secure new instructions, and drive sales performance Create local marketing and canvassing strategies to attract new business Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners Oversee transactions through to completion with support from the hub office Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

About You

Minimum

4 years' estate agency experience

(senior or management level preferred) Proven success in winning instructions and exceeding targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong local market knowledge and commercial awareness Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently

Full UK driving licence required
