Key Duties and Responsibilities
Daily rent accounts, invoices, maintenance
Skills & Experience Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail when managing property listings, agreements, and reports.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A keen interest in the property market and a desire to develop a career in real estate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
