The Role: Hybrid Self-Employed Partner



You'll run your own local business under the PPS brand, independent but never on your own.
You'll list, market, and sell homes across Plymouth (no territory limits), using our systems, portals, and support.
Think "Build your brand under ours - no fees, no overheads, no catch."

To put it in perspective



With an average fee of 2,500, here's what your take-home could look like:

2 sales per month:

Gross commission 5,000 - PPS Partner take-home 3,250-3,750 - Annual equivalent 39,000-45,000+

3 sales per month:

Gross commission 7,500 - PPS Partner take-home 4,800-5,600 - Annual equivalent 58,000-67,000+

4 sales per month:

Gross commission 10,000 - PPS Partner take-home 6,500-7,500 - Annual equivalent 78,000-90,000+
As your commission rate adjusts on a 30-day rolling basis, you'll move up the escalator quickly as your consistency grows.

Win and service instructions with no patch restrictions Create standout marketing (we'll train you on the tools) Manage viewings, offers, and sales progression Work from the office or home with full flexibility Build a pipeline that's yours and see the rewards of your results

What We're Not



Not a franchise with monthly subscriptions Not a "good luck, off you go" setup Not corporate - no rota stress, no micromanagement, no glass ceilings, no KPIs, no call logs

What You'll Need



Proven estate agency experience (listers/valuers ideal) We'll also consider those with a strong sales background or a bubbly, people-focused personality with a passion for property Customer-first mindset and solid communication skills Laptop, phone, and car (standard stuff) Motivation to build your own business with our guidance

What You Won't Pay For



Unlike other independent or franchise-style models that charge monthly fees, setup costs, or ongoing subscriptions just to keep your name above the door, that's not how we operate.

At Plymouth Property Sales, everything you need to operate is included under our Partner model:

CRM system and full access to our lead management tools Rightmove & Zoopla listings (included in your package) Office space in Crownhill Village with desk, monitor, and plug-in setup Use of PPS brand, marketing templates, and media toolkit Digital phone system (calls routed directly to you) Legal, sales, and marketing support from the directors No franchise, license, or platform fees - ever
You won't pay for anything up front.

The only costs you'll ever cover are sale-related, and even those come out of your commission after completion - so there's zero out-of-pocket expense.

Typical sale-linked costs include:

AML checks (~25) Photography and floor plans (~150)
These are deducted automatically from your commission once the sale completes, so you can focus on winning instructions, not worrying about overheads.

You'll join an easy-going, experienced team with five directors from sales, legal, marketing, mortgage, and building backgrounds.
