Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Estate Agent to join our team at Elwood Deere Estate Agents in Porthcawl. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping clients buy and sell properties while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying and selling their property Conduct property viewings Provide expert advice on market conditions and pricing strategies Develop and maintain strong client relationships Prepare and present property listings effectively Negotiate sales and agreements on behalf of clients Stay updated on local trends and regulations Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers and Solicitors Proven experience as an Estate Agent or similar role preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively Excellent organizational skills to manage the Diary effectively Familiarity with property management practices is preferred Valid driving license
