Basic Salary:

28,000 - 32,000

45,000 - 60,000

We're a leading independent estate agency with a strong presence across North Somerset, and we're looking for an experienced, confident and motivated

Assistant Branch Manager

to join our high-performing Portishead team.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out accurate, well-informed property valuations and delivering expert guidance to vendors. Supporting the Branch Manager in motivating, coaching and overseeing the sales team. Providing professional advice on pricing, market trends and sales strategies. Keeping fully up to date with local market conditions to ensure valuations are competitive and credible. Preparing and presenting clear, informative valuation reports to clients. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors and buyers, offering exceptional service throughout the sales process. Identifying new business opportunities and proactively contributing to branch growth. Assisting with negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the branch.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in residential property valuations within estate agency. Strong market awareness, analytical ability and confidence in pricing strategy. Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship skills. A proactive, positive team player who can also work independently. Highly organised with superb attention to detail. Knowledge of the Portishead/North Somerset property market is an advantage. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
