Job Overview
Holden and Prescott are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced estate agent negotiator to help grow and enhance our position as estate agent market leaders within Macclesfield. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible a number of sales from the initial stages all the way through to completion and also for developing and assisting other members of staff as well as supporting the branch manager.
Duties
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to enhance performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with local solicitors, surveyors and key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Proven experience in a senior sales role or similar position within the industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability

Macclesfield Cheshire SK11 6LB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
