Property Lister / Valuer
to join a high-performing, people-focused estate agency team. You will be responsible for
listing properties, securing top sale prices for vendors, and generating new business

What's on Offer
Basic Salary:
23,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
Realistic Earnings (including commission):
40,000+
Car Allowance:
2,500 or company car
Flexible Work Pattern:
5 days per week (some Saturdays)

Provide expert marketing advice to help customers achieve the best sale price
List properties and convert valuations into successful instructions
Monitor market trends to stay ahead of the competition
Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the local area
Collaborate with the team to match properties with the right buyers
Support branch operations and profitability
Assist with team motivation and morning meetings when required
