What you'll be doing

Winning and carrying out market appraisals across your chosen Yorkshire patch. Taking properties from valuation through to completion: pricing, instructing, marketing, viewings, offers and sales progression.? Building a local presence through recommendations, social media and community engagement.? Working closely with the central support team who handle prospecting, lead gen and diary management.? Owning your pipeline, fees and income - with guidance from experienced self-employed agents and trainers.

About you

Experienced estate agent - typically a strong

Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Lister

who's confident winning instructions. Comfortable on the doorstep and in the living room: pricing, fees and contract conversations don't faze you.? Self-motivated, organised and excited by the idea of building something for yourself, not just hitting someone else's targets. Based in Yorkshire with good knowledge of your local market (Leeds, York, Harrogate, Sheffield or surrounding areas).
