We are looking for a

motivated and professional Property Valuer

Key Responsibilities

Conduct residential market appraisals and secure new instructions Arrange and conduct property viewings Provide clear and detailed feedback to vendors Promote properties through social media and other marketing channels Advise vendors and landlords on the sale of their property Negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes Maintain accurate records and activity in CRM and other industry software Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Working Hours & Location

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm Saturday rota (day off in lieu provided during the week) Base office: Royston

Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum

2 years' residential valuing experience

Previous estate agency experience Strong communication skills, professional and personable Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive Excellent organisational skills to manage a busy schedule Team player with a positive and collaborative approach

Desirable

Experience working with premium or high-value residential properties
