Your day-to-day role:



Conduct market appraisals and follow up through phone, email, and text. Deal with all incoming sales leads via email, telephone, or in person. Handle both cold and warm leads to book market appraisals. Book and manage launch appointments, ensuring prompt market listings. Maintain ongoing contact with vendors and revisit aged stock. Promote all third-party services to clients at every opportunity. Keep the CRM system up to date. Communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed.

What we're looking for:



Valuing and listing experience are preferable, but we welcome applications from negotiators and senior negotiators eager to advance. Excellent communicator; confident and clear in speech and writing. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with a professional attitude. Skilled at negotiation and persuasion. Highly organised; able to manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail. Punctual and reliable; strong timekeeping skills. Tech-savvy; confident using CRM systems. Full UK driving licence, access to your own car, and valid business insurance.

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
