across our

Reigate & Horley Lettings Hub

In this role you would be responsible for assisting our customers from the start of their property hunt or Let to moving day. You'll help to develop the business by assisting with winning new instructions, conducting viewings and negotiating offers, complete necessary administrative tasks and guide more junior team members. You'll build a long-term relationship using effective people and communication skills while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities of the role:



To report to the Lettings Business Manager To be responsible for front line customer service, registering applicants, listening to their needs and assessing their suitability as potential tenants. Play a key role in business generation by calling through our existing database of clients. After appropriate training, to complete accurate valuations of property and ensure that leads are followed up in a timely manner. To actively encourage the applicant to view suitable properties through constant communication, and by arranging and conducting property viewings. To proactively collect feedback from applicants promptly, and feed this information back where necessary. Receive offers from prospective tenants and establish the suitability of the tenant. Confirm any offer on the property in writing, and where necessary negotiate between two parties. To ensure all customers are fully aware of the process they are entering in to including the costs and financial implication and are aware of the support and services that can be sourced through Andrews Property Group network. To progress the sale from offer through to completion, ensuring regular communication is maintained with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, etc, and to ensure that sufficiently detailed notes (Inc. emails, documents, etc) are recorded and retained within the operating system. To deal with any problems arising during the sales process, taking appropriate action as required. To update the Business Sales Manager by way of regular communication so that the matter can be dealt with in accordance with procedures. To maximise business efficiency through effective diary and system management, ensuring we make the best use of our time, and work to suit the needs of our customers. Ensure you understand your branch and personal KPIs, to lead to achieving and exceeding the figures required to satisfy the branch performance. To lead by example and help to guide and mentor more junior team members.

The Successful Candidate will have:



Proven experience working in the property industry, property valuation experience is desirable, but not essential. Outstanding customer service and communication skills Good understanding of market demand and customer behaviour A self-motivated and positive attitude even when under pressure Excellent organisational skills, and an eye for detail. Passion for the property sector and a desire to learn and mentor Familiarity with the use of IT systems Their own transport and full UK driving licence.

Please note, salary advertised is basic salary with OTE included
