is a multi-award winning customer service focused busy estate agent.Due to the continued growth of the business, we are recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator for our busy Clitheroe office.
Role Responsibilities:
Dealing with all enquiries via email, telephone and face to face.
Arranging viewing appointments, obtaining feedback, updating clients and software.
Accompanying viewings
Negotiating offers, qualifying buyers and agreeing sales.
Liaising with solicitors in conducting sales progression
Offering an efficient, proactive and high level of customer service to all clients.
Creating rapport and building relationships with all new and existing clients.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 3 years Estate Agency Sales Negotiator role.
An understanding of the residential sales market.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Self motivated, ambitious and with a passion to succeed.
Full driving license with own car.
This is an exciting and demanding job role and one which will be incredibly rewarding.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am - 3pm (with a day off during the week in lieu)
Salary:
Up to 28,000 basic (depending on experience).
Team bonus scheme
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
