Job Description
Location - Crookes, Sheffield
Part time - Monday 9:00-17:00, Wednesday 9:00-17:00 and Friday 9:00-14:00
Salary: 12.50 per hour
We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team of Real Estate Agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning about the unique features of each house, as well as acting on behalf of clients in the negotiation process. We are looking for individuals who are committed to keeping up with current market trends, who are detail oriented and who strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable. Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount. You must be presentable, a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. Experience in sales is desired, but not essential.
Key responsibilities:
Update online advertising portals and window displays Property viewings General administration/paperwork Liaising with current clients, tenants, contractors and suppliers Maintaining the appointment diary Lodging deposits, updating inventories Attend necessary events with the team e.g training, networking etc
